JustChug (“we,” “us”) runs a waitlist website at getjustchug.com. This policy explains what we collect on that waitlist and how we use it. JustChug is a novelty entertainment concept (a fake drink simulator). We do not sell alcohol.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, you may provide:
- Email address (required)
- Name (optional)
- Which mode you’re most interested in (Beer, party cup, Shot, or all)
- Technical basics your browser sends automatically (e.g. approximate time of signup), as processed by our form provider
How we use it
- To email you about JustChug launch updates and related product news
- To understand demand (e.g. which modes people pick)
- To operate and improve the waitlist
We will not sell your email list. We will not use waitlist emails for unrelated spam.
Who processes it
Waitlist submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Their systems may process data under their own privacy policies. We may also store submissions in our Formspree inbox / export for operating the waitlist.
Cookies & local storage
The site may use browser storage for things like remembering you’ve seen the intro animation, or a temporary local backup of a signup on your device. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the waitlist page at this time.
Age
JustChug is intended for adults / college-age audiences. The waitlist is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep data
We keep waitlist emails until we launch (or wind down the waitlist), then either migrate them into our product/email system with the same purpose or delete them if we don’t ship. You can ask to be removed anytime.
Your choices
- Don’t submit the form if you don’t want to be contacted
- Email us to unsubscribe / delete your waitlist entry
